Variku Terms of Service

1. Welcome & Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Variku websites, applications, and digital services, including the variku.com website, YovMe (companion sanctuary), and canVplay (casual gaming platform). Variku refers to the individual owner and operator of the services provided under the Variku brand. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

For account-based products (such as YovMe and registered canVplay accounts), you must meet applicable minimum age requirements, provide accurate registration details, and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

3. YovMe Single-Room Architecture

To protect the intimacy and focus of the 1-on-1 experience:

• One account may belong to only one active room at a time.
• Each room is intended strictly for exactly two people.
• Users cannot create or join another room while currently participating in one.

4. canVplay Gaming & Guest Rooms

canVplay offers casual multiplayer games designed for shared laughter and bonding. Some games may be played as guests without an account using invite-only private room codes. You agree not to manipulate room codes, deploy unauthorized bots, or disrupt multiplayer game sessions.

5. Acceptable Use & Conduct Boundaries

You must not:

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate any user.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Upload malicious code, exploits, or viruses.
• Attempt unauthorized access to other rooms, lobbies, or system infrastructure.
• Violate another person's privacy or confidentiality.

6. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your messages, letters, and user content. You grant Variku the limited rights necessary to store, process, and deliver your content to operate the services. All branding, software, game mechanics, graphics, and trademarks belong to Variku or its licensors.

7. Privacy & Advertising Policy

Your use of the services is governed by the Variku Privacy Policy. Some canVplay games may display contextual (non-personalized) advertisements. Private conversations and relationship data are never used for advertising purposes.

8. Reports, Enforcement & Disclaimers

Users may report violations, which are reviewed manually by Variku. We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access for Terms violations. Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Variku is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes & Governing Law

We may update these Terms as our products evolve. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the owner of Variku operates, unless otherwise required by law.
